CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY: I kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within the 24 hour window will be charged 50% of the service. All no-shows will be charged in full. Thank you for understanding! ______________________________________ LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Each appointment includes a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be marked as a missed appointment and subject to the cancellation policy. That said—life happens. If you know you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible. When communication is made, I’m always happy to work together to see if we can create a plan for another time that day or reschedule accordingly.
